Service terms · OpportunityOS
A clear operating agreement.
These Terms govern access to OpportunityOS. They preserve the line between sourced intelligence, informed inference, client research, and actual commercial outcomes.
Effective August 22, 2026Opportunity intelligence is not a contract
OpportunityOS identifies and organizes possible business opportunities. It does not guarantee work, revenue, procurement eligibility, awards, contact availability, or a customer’s success in pursuing an opportunity.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you or the business you represent (“Client,” “you”) and THINKBISON (“THINKBISON,” “we,” “us”) regarding OpportunityOS. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you can bind the Client and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Service is intended for lawful business use by people who are at least 18 years old.
2. The Service
OpportunityOS provides private organization workspaces, public-source opportunity context, owner-reviewed intelligence delivery, territory and industry configuration, and operating tools such as pipeline records, notes, tasks, and activity history.
Raw signals are not automatically treated as qualified leads. THINKBISON may review, dismiss, watch, or promote signals based on available evidence and client relevance. Features, coverage, source availability, and delivery volume may change as the system develops.
3. Accounts and access
Access is limited to approved users and organization workspaces. You must provide accurate onboarding information, protect your approved email account, keep one-time access codes confidential, and notify THINKBISON if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not attempt to access another organization, owner-only intelligence, system secrets, or data not intentionally shared with your workspace.
4. Fees, recurring billing, and taxes
The founding-client offer shown at checkout is $299 due at purchase, consisting of a $100 setup fee and the first $199 monthly service period. The subscription then renews at $199 per month until canceled. The Stripe checkout page controls the exact amount, billing date, payment method, and any applicable taxes presented before purchase.
By completing a recurring checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method at the disclosed interval until cancellation. You are responsible for keeping billing information current. Failed or disputed payments may pause onboarding or workspace access.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel recurring service using the process in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation stops future renewals after it takes effect; it does not erase charges already incurred. Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request, whether setup or service work has begun, applicable law, and the policy presented at purchase.
6. Client responsibilities
- Verify source facts and suitability before contacting a business, submitting a bid, making an investment, or taking operational action.
- Follow procurement rules, licensing requirements, privacy laws, marketing laws, platform terms, and all other laws that apply to your business.
- Use contact information only when it was legitimately published or separately obtained through lawful means.
- Keep workspace information accurate and avoid uploading unlawful, infringing, malicious, or highly sensitive information that the Service did not request.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, bypass access controls, or misuse the Service.
7. Sources, inferences, and third-party services
OpportunityOS may link to official agencies, public records, publications, or other third-party sources. Source content can change, be incomplete, or contain errors. System summaries, relevance matches, scores, urgency labels, recommended research, and industry opportunities may be inferences rather than published facts and should be evaluated accordingly.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. THINKBISON is not responsible for their availability or content.
8. Client content and permitted use
You retain ownership of information you lawfully add to your workspace. You grant THINKBISON the limited right to host, process, display, and back up that information as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service for your organization.
THINKBISON retains ownership of OpportunityOS, its design, software, workflows, branding, intelligence methodology, and other proprietary materials. Your subscription provides a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service during the paid term.
9. Availability, suspension, and changes
We aim to provide reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, source changes, security events, infrastructure failures, and events beyond our control may affect the Service.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or harm to the Service or another user. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” THINKBISON disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that a signal will produce a commercial result.
To the extent allowed by law, THINKBISON will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the Service. THINKBISON’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the fees the Client paid for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated directly or in-product.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be sent through the verified sales, onboarding, or support conversation associated with your organization. Include the organization name and approved account email, but never send an access code or complete payment-card number.
