Contact THINKBISON

Use the verified sales, onboarding, or support conversation through which your OpportunityOS relationship was established. Include your organization name and approved login email. Never send a six-digit access code or complete card number.

Client sign-in help

  1. Open os.thinkbison.com in your browser.
  2. Enter the exact email approved for your organization.
  3. Check the inbox and spam folder for the six-digit OpportunityOS code.
  4. Enter the code within 10 minutes. Codes work once and expire after use.
  5. If you requested several codes, use the newest one. Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting another.

If access still fails, report the organization name, approved email, approximate time of the attempt, browser, and device. Do not include the code itself.

Onboarding and configuration

After a completed founding-client checkout, THINKBISON reviews the purchase and configures the client name, approved email, industry, service types, territory, requested volume, and quality floor. Initial access instructions are normally provided within one business day.

If a configuration is incorrect, send the exact field and requested correction through the verified onboarding conversation. Changes to territory, service mix, or volume may affect coverage and delivery expectations.

Billing support

For a payment, receipt, renewal, cancellation, or refund question, include the organization name, billing email, transaction date, and the last four digits shown on the Stripe receipt if available. Do not send a complete card number.

Cancellation instructions and refund conditions are published in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Opportunity or source questions

When reporting a questionable record, include the opportunity title, source name, source URL, and the specific fact or inference that needs review. OpportunityOS separates published facts from inferences; a source can change after a record was detected.

Security report

If you suspect unauthorized access, stop using the affected session and notify THINKBISON through the verified organization conversation. Include what happened and when, but never forward a current verification code. THINKBISON may revoke sessions or temporarily limit access while investigating.

Before you purchase

Use the sales conversation that brought you to THINKBISON to confirm fit, territory, services, and timing before checkout. The public offer provides a private workspace and owner-reviewed intelligence, but it does not guarantee a minimum number of contracts or a revenue result.
