Billing · cancellation · refunds
No hidden cancellation maze.
OpportunityOS is a monthly service. This page explains how to stop future renewals, what happens to workspace access, and when a refund may be available.
Effective August 22, 2026How to cancel
Send a clear cancellation request through the verified sales, onboarding, or support conversation used for your organization. Include the organization name and approved account email. THINKBISON will confirm the effective date in writing.
1. Monthly renewal
The founding-client subscription renews monthly at the amount shown during Stripe checkout until it is canceled. A cancellation request stops future renewals after it takes effect. There is no long-term commitment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
2. Cancellation timing
Submit your request before the next renewal date shown in your Stripe receipt or billing record. We recommend sending the request at least two business days before renewal so there is time to verify the organization and confirm processing.
Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and workspace access continues through that date.
3. Setup fee
The $100 setup fee covers organization creation, access configuration, territory and service setup, quality settings, and onboarding work. It is generally non-refundable after that work has begun. If you cancel before setup begins, contact THINKBISON promptly and we will review the setup-fee portion for refund.
4. Monthly service refunds
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated after a paid service period begins. We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, billing error, failure to activate paid service, or another circumstance where a refund is required by law.
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the payment networks and may vary.
5. Failed payment or suspension
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and workspace access may be limited while the account is unpaid. Canceling does not remove amounts already owed for a completed service period or authorized setup work.
6. Your data after cancellation
Before access ends, export any records you are authorized to keep. After cancellation, THINKBISON may retain limited workspace, billing, security, provenance, and audit records for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and system-integrity purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Required consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived. North Carolina and federal law may provide special rights for certain kinds of transactions. The rules that apply depend on the facts of the purchase.
